By accessing and using this website, submitting an enquiry, or applying for training courses with Mech Tech Institute, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Course Information & Availability
While Mech Tech Institute makes every effort to ensure course information, syllabi, and schedules are accurate, schedules and batch dates are subject to minimum candidate enrollment and awarding body timetable requirements. Mech Tech Institute reserves the right to modify schedules with reasonable notice to enrolled learners.
3. Intellectual Property
All course curriculum layouts, presentations, text, brand identifiers, and educational materials provided by Mech Tech Institute remain the intellectual property of the institute or respective awarding organizations. Materials may not be reproduced, redistributed, or recorded without prior written consent.
4. Candidate Code of Conduct
Enrolled students are expected to uphold academic integrity in all coursework, examinations, and risk assessments. Plagiarism or fraudulent assessment submissions will result in immediate disqualification in accordance with awarding body regulations.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Indian laws, with jurisdiction residing in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
